Am i taking the right safety precautions on Swap.com?

Well i've been scammed by this site before people sent empty game cases, some sent none at all, some said i've sent nothing/broken games even when i give a tracking number. Heck some scammer guy was gonna take me to court! All this happened in 2010 i reported the scammingsbut i got no help from the site, then i canceled my account because i got scammed so many times now i opened a new account and i want to take the proper safety precautions. So tell me am i doing it wrong ok here we go! 1. video tape every time i box/send a game? 2. videotape every time i Receive/un-box a game? 3.request a videotaping of the sender boxing/sending a game and last but not least, 4.ask for a tracking number? am i going about this in the wrong way please tell me i'm tried of getting scammed.
