Are these pregnancy early pregnancy symptoms?

sore breasts, sore backs,slight cramps, and frequent bowel movements? Could these be very early symptoms? Period is not due for another two weeks so that can be ruled out for these untimely symptoms. Would a test even be correct if taken this soon before period?
