Help me out please I'm 17 !?

hi i was 16 when i got pregnant im now 18 with a 1 year old son and the same thing kind of happened to me but you can never be sure i didnt find out i was pregnant until i was almost three months pregnant because i was still getting my "period" or so i thought it was but i ended up getting some of the same symptoms plus i was getting nausea so i went to the doctor thinking i was sick but turned out to be pregooo so yes take a test or go to the doctor for a more accurate test even if your not 100% sure your prego it would be good just to make sure.
