What are these bumps?

I have about 3 little bumps between my vaginal area and my anus. They are hard and when I squeeze them nothing comes out. They are only sore when i try to pick at them or something. I cannot feel them otherwise. They are not itchy in the slightest way. I have an appointment in 2 weeks to find out what they are, but I want to get some opinions first. Thank you.
